ProLogis is the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, with more than 436 million sq/ft (40 million sq meters) of industrial space in 103 markets across North America, Asia and Europe.

ProLogis moved its London base to Bond Street House in Mayfair. 360 Design Studios were responsible for the interior design as well as all services, structural and security solutions. Additionally, we also managed Planning, Building Control and Landlord approvals.

Whilst the location of these new offices was ideal for ProLogis’ business needs, the space itself was disjointed and awkward. Transforming it into an open, flowing space, while embracing the need to create numerous client facing meeting rooms and offices, was central to ProLogis’ requirements.

These new spaces are a base for many of ProLogis’ southern team of developers and project managers and will play host to meetings with customers, suppliers, planners and others. It marks an important new stage in the growth of ProLogis UK.
