Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford, the world's largest independent global wholesale and reinsurance broker,  appointed 360 to strategise their accommodation requirements and redesign their Head Office and UK business accommodation.

Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford’s steady growth created the need to expand and refurbish their crowded and underutilised workplace. Additional space was acquired within their existing Leadenhall Street building - now totally 35,000sq/ft spread across two floors.

A mixed use of open plan and cellular solutions were developed with careful consideration given to working adjacencies to maximise team efficiencies. High levels of storage were integrated to reflect both team and individual working patterns.

Formal and informal meeting spaces, dining spaces and conference rooms with video conferencing technology were integrated into a relocated front-of-house area.
