Each of Fourfront Group’s 130 employee are enrolled for 12 months in to the academy and are given a personal and career development training programme which is tailored for their specific needs and role. The programme, which starts in October 2011, is made up of challenging and relevant courses for each individual employee and will enable them to realise their potential and develop within Fourfront Group.
