Following a wide ranging strategic review, Mitsui Sumitomo are consolidating and reorganising their existing accommodation at 25 Fenchurch Street. Over 300 staff will now utilise a reduced net space of 44,000 sq ft across three floors.

Space efficiencies have been largely created through additional areas of open plan space and the utilisation of a smaller working footprint.
